TSSS has renewed the license for running the Siddha Pharmacy at Sankarankoil. The State Drug Licensing Authority, Indian Medicine has issued the license for a period of three years starting from 30.03.2010 to 29.03.2013 to carry out treatment cum production of SIDDHA medicines. This will help us innovate and produce new medicines and reach out to the public easily with authenticity.

Acupuncture is one of the best-known alternative therapies. Acupuncture is the procedure of inserting and manipulating needles into various points on the body to relieve pain or for therapeutic purposes.
TSSS encourages this alternate treatment system. This alternate system gives solution to health problems without any intake of medicines. A special clinic for Acupuncture Treatment was established at TSSS’ premise in Palayamkkottai on 30.09.2009.
The specialist in Acupuncture visits the clinic every Monday and Friday of the week and treats the out patients. On an average, 25 patients avail the free treatment. So far around 1200 people have benefited from the clinical care. TSSS provides all necessary infrastructures for running the clinic. Treatment service is offered free of cost.
